Arbitration is a private adjudicative process in which one or more arbitrators hear evidence and arguments from disputing parties and render a decision. It offers the procedural rigor of a formal hearing with the efficiency, confidentiality, and flexibility of private resolution.
Doenges Mediation provides arbitration services on both a binding and non-binding basis, tailored to the needs of the parties and the nature of the dispute. Proceedings can be structured under established institutional rules or conducted on an ad hoc basis. Decisions are enforceable under applicable domestic and international frameworks, including the New York Convention.
